Every cutting board is handcrafted from locally harvested hardwoods in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin, where each piece is carefully hand-selected and thoughtfully crafted one at a time. Finished at a full 1¼ inches thick, these boards offer the durability and heirloom quality to be enjoyed for years to come.
Crafted to Last
Every board begins with carefully selected solid walnut chosen for its beautiful grain, rich color, and natural character. Maple cores are meticulously fitted to create the appearance of book pages, while engraved titles and routed details complete the illusion of a classic hardcover volume.
Each board is individually cut, sanded, engraved, and finished by hand before receiving food-safe mineral oil and beeswax to enhance the wood's natural beauty and protect it for everyday use.
